DFA Mobile Passport : Caloocan

Bonjour. Mabuhay.

For Caloocan residents wanting to get a passport.
Here’s some news update:

Caloocan City residents are being given the chance to secure or renew passports through mobile passporting.

Submission of applications for passports began last October 3 and ends on November 3. Applicants must bring Civil Registry Department papers from the Caloocan City Hall.

Documents needed from passport application are: Birth certificate (National Statistic Office copy), valid identification card, marriage contract (for those married) that was also issued by NSO and other means of identification.

The applications would be brought to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) in Pasay City for evaluation.

On November 19, representatives of the DFA will be at the Caloocan City Hall’s Bulwagang Katipunan for the final evaluation and payment of the passport applicants.

Applicants need only to wait two weeks for the release of the passports which would be overseen, again, by DFA representatives at the Bulwagang Katipunan.
