The New PhilHealth Contribution Table for 2017

For our information and guidance, the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation or PhilHealth, has released their new contribution schedule for employed and self-employed members, OFWs, and Sponsored Program Members for 2017.  Below is the table of contributions and other important announcements from PhilHealth.

Philhealth Contribution Table for OFWs:

OFWs or those under the Overseas Workers’ Program (OWP) shall pay Php 2,400.00 as their annual premium contribution to PhilHealth.  This is also applicable to land-based OFWs, whether documented or undocumented.  Payments may be made in two increments (Php 1,200 every six months) or the full amount of Php 2,400.

PhilHealth Contribution Table for Self-employed, Individually Paying Member:

  1. Members with monthly income of Php25,000 and below shall pay Php2,400 per year.
  2. Members with monthly income above Php25,000 shall pay Php3,600 per year.

Sponsored Program Members:

Whether fully or partially subsidized by the sponsor, members under this category shall pay an annual premium of Php2,400.

  2. Hellow po..gusto ko pong mg self employed,5months na po akung pregnant..mgkano po ba ang whole year na babayaran ko?..pra po mgamit ko sa oktober

    1. Wala namang ganung policy ang PHilhealth na mag la lump sum ka ng bayad para maging magamit mo agad yung membership mo. Punta ka na lang sa Philhealth office para malaman kung paano at kelan mo pwedeng gamitin kung ngayon ka lang mag me member.

    2. I’m also 5 months pregnant now. since hndi ko nmn nbayaran ung last 6 months.ang advice skin byaran ko nlng ung last 2 quarter of this year. Covered july-sept ang and oct-dec. Para magamit ko sya sa panganganak ko. My due is december.

  3. good day po tanong ko lang kung makakagamit ba agad ng philhealt kahit na kababayad lang?nagamit na ang philhealt previous pero hindi nabayaran agad.

      2. Hinid mo na pwedeng bayaran yung mga months na na miss mo na. Punta ka ng Philhealth office para ma ayos mo ulit yung contribution mo.

  4. what is the meaning of AEGIS ?? an i the one who will process to update my philhealth or the company that i use to work with ??

    1. got mine last month.. di ko alam kung san nagreremit yung dati kong employer pero sa las piñas ako nag tanong kung may existing philhealth account ako, nung nakitang meron nag print agad sila ng MDR at ID kahit di pa ko nagrerequest. Sobrang bilis kahit sobrang daming tao!
      that just means na kahit saan pwede ka kumuha ng ID, centralized naman ang records nila e.
