The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has announced that they will only accommodate transactions from persons who have prior appointments at their CRS outlets within Metro Manila. This began last August 21, 2021 and will remain in effect until further notice.
What if I need a copy of my PSA birth certificate?
The PSA will not entertain transactions from walk-in applicants and clients. We are then advised to apply for copies of our PSA certificates (birth, marriage, death, and CENOMAR) online and have the documents delivered to us instead. It is the safer alternative especially now that COVID-19 cases are rapidly increasing, especially in Metro Manila.
How do I order online?
Simply visit the PSAHelpine.ph website and place your orders online. You can access this website through your phone or using your laptop or desktop. You can even pay online (credit cards, GCash, PayMaya) immediately after you place your orders or choose from their many payment options (OTC at banks and electronic payment counters).
- Certificate of Live Birth | P365
- Certificate of Marriage | P365
- Certificate of Death | P365
- CENOMAR | P420
The rates already include documentary stamp tax, processing, and delivery nationwide.
Metro Manila orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days while provincial orders are received within 7 to 8 working orders. Bear in mind, however, that due to the lockdowns and other special restrictions in different LGUs, there is a chance that your orders will be delivered beyond the committed turn-around time. But that is still so much better than going out yourself. The secret: If you need a copy of your PSA documents, ORDER RIGHT AWAY and don’t wait for the last minute.
Also, if your PSA certificate requires verification (underwent court proceedings, registered late, etc.), delivery time will also be affected. This is beyond PSAHelpline’s control so it’s best that you find out what the reason is for the delay in delivery — should there be any.
If you have other concerns that you need to discuss with the PSA (other than requesting for a copy of your PSA documents), you can send them an email at the following email addresses:
